The ability to pay attention and regulate behavior and emotion are the cornerstones of a healthy learning environment. Delivered during the school day to recognize the important connection between emotional wellness and academic performance, our 45-minute lessons explore concepts of relaxation, awareness of the present moment, authentic self-expression and acceptance without judgment.

UB.U strengthens character and resilience by inspiring kids to trust themselves and to stay present through challenging situations using mindfulness and yoga-based movement.
